TheDripp.io is a curated platform for limited edition fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products. We accept cryptocurrency payments through the Solana blockchain.
Our refund and returns policy covers all items available for sale on TheDripp.io.
Full refunds are available on all items prior to shipping. No refunds are offered once a shipping label has been generated for a given item. All shipments are delivered through reputable global parcel carriers. TheDripp.io does not take responsibility or offer refunds for lost or stolen parcels.
Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded. Products enrolled in the vault storage platform cannot be refunded once purchased. You may freely resell goods enrolled in the vault storage platform through TheDripp.io’s marketplace or via peer to peer transactions and instruct TheDripp.io to transfer ownership.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Digital goods including non-fungible tokens and cryptocurrencies
- Pre-sale or whitelist sale items, or items not yet available to the public
- Any other digital purchases including but not limited to early access passes, gated content, downloads, and digital media
To complete your refund, we require proof of wallet control, usually through a smart contract signature or manual transfer. We will not process refunds if wallet control cannot be proven, and refunds will only be sent to the original purchasing wallet in the cryptocurrency of the original purchase. TheDripp.io reserves the right to process refunds in a different cryptocurrency matching the equivalent US dollar value at the time of purchase.
There are no situations where partial refunds are granted.
You may request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, “Refund request”. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours of receipt. You must include a valid order number or blockchain transaction number.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to the original wallet used to pay, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the original wallet used to purchase again.
Then check to ensure the token used to purchase has been properly added to your custom token list.
Next check your wallet activity. There is often some processing time before a refund is confirmed on the blockchain.
